Eat More Chicken, Fish and Beans than Red Meat

Individuals who had organ transplant, the chances of having high cholesterol levels are much higher than the rest.   Besides medications and exercise, eating the right diet is important.   Red meats have more cholesterol and saturated fat than chicken, fish and vegetable proteins such as beans.  I am suggesting either boiling or steaming your dishes.
