Matters to Note (应注义事项):
1.     I only take either multigrain or wholemeal bread
2.     If your Potassium is high and out of the acceptable range, please soak your green vegetables in water for few hours prior to cooking
3.     Many ways to cook the fish – Use natural ingredients such as garlic, onion and ginger for favoring so to avoid using too much salt
4.     If you are taking high dosage of Prednisolones in the first few months, strictly no pre-cooked foods such as econ rice as the immune system is at its lowest.
5.     Not taking red meats is a matter of personal choice and not medical related

6.     Have you ever tried steam salmon?  If you haven’t, why not give it a try.
